TERMS OF SERVICE
1. What GameBling is
GameBling is a skill-wagering platform operated as part of the hashtag.org network. Players stake GIGI credits on the outcome of competitive video game matches and contests. Every wager settles from an authoritative record (our own game servers or the game publisher’s official API) — players never report their own results.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher), and skill-based wagering must be lawful in your jurisdiction. You confirm both before your first stake, and we apply region restrictions on top of your confirmation. We may suspend accounts that misrepresent either.
3. GIGI credits
Stakes, pots, and contest entries are denominated in GIGI credits, the hashtag.org platform currency. Credits are not legal tender, are not redeemable for cash from GameBling, and exist on your hashtag.org account. Credits committed to a wager are held in escrow and are always refunded in full when a match or contest cannot settle honestly (voids, draws, cancellations, unfilled contests).
4. Fees
GameBling charges a 5% clearing fee on settled pots. The fee is disclosed on the ticket before you stake. Contests state their entry and payout structure up front.
5. Fair play and enforcement
Cheating, collusion, boosting, account sharing, playing on another person’s behalf, or manipulating any statistic that settles a wager is prohibited. Accounts with a VAC or game ban on record cannot enter money matches. Our systems score every result against anomaly patterns; flagged results are withheld from payout pending human review of the evidence (including match demos where recorded). We may void wagers, withhold winnings obtained through prohibited conduct, and suspend accounts.
6. Settlement and disputes
Results settle automatically from the applicable authoritative source. If you believe a settlement is wrong, contact us within 7 days; we review against the same records used to settle. Their content is final absent evidence of a system error.
7. Availability
Games depend on third-party services (Steam, Valve, Krafton, osu!, tracker providers). If a source becomes unavailable mid-wager, the wager voids and stakes refund. We may add, suspend, or remove games at any time.
8. Liability
GameBling is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount of credits you staked in the transaction giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the changelog and apply to wagers placed after the change. Last updated July 5, 2026. Questions: rob@blackwoodproductions.com.
